A major Chinese aluminum rolling manufacturer inquired about a large UBC (used beverage can) recycling facility for the launch of an aluminum recycling plant, and we responded to their request through collaboration with our Chinese subsidiary, Neu Sanken, and our technical partner, Insertec of Spain. We received advice from Insertec, which has extensive experience in delivering recycling facilities, and were able to receive the order for this facility.

We received an order from a customer in Japan for two aluminum melting furnace lines (including briquette melting) to increase aluminum wheel production capacity at their U.S. plant, and worked with Schaefer of the U.S. for the first time in collaboration, with whom we formed a technical alliance in 2018.
We dispatched engineers from our company to support fabrication and construction to ensure a smooth start-up.

We received an order from a Japanese customer for an aluminum melting furnace and three lines of rotary-type aluminum heat treatment furnaces to increase the production capacity of aluminum wheels at their U.S. plant. SWIFA, an Indonesian subsidiary, was solely in charge of manufacturing the furnaces, which were fabricated and assembled to a high degree of perfection under the restrictions on movement caused by the Corona Disaster, enabling a vertical start-up in the United States.

We received an order for an aluminum recycling decoating system (IDEX) for a plant in Thailand, and fabricated, installed, and commissioned the system in Thailand.
Despite the travel restrictions caused by the Corona disaster, we were able to achieve the start-up as planned through remote coordination with SIFT, our subsidiary in Thailand.

This is the first project that we have developed in the Indian market by joining forces with India HIGHTEMP (Indian subsidiary of DOWA THERMOTEC Co., Ltd.) in a technical tie-up regarding aluminum melting furnaces. We received an order and delivered an aluminum melting furnace for a Japanese car manufacturer’s new plant in India.

SAC Korea, our technical partner, received an order from a major Korean automobile manufacturer for equipment to manufacture aluminum cylinder heads, and we and SAC shared the engineering work. We were able to deliver the equipment as a line facility that includes an aluminum melting furnace, automatic molten metal distribution, and a low-pressure casting holding furnace.
