Zero CO2 emissions
The all-electric melting line achieves zero CO2 emissions from the plant.The furnace body heat dissipation and exhaust gas loss are greatly reduced, resulting in energy savings of 30% or more compared to our conventional furnaces.
Space-saving
Since there is no combustion equipment, there is no need for combustion piping or exhaust gas ducts. The furnace can be more compactly arranged than conventional furnaces.
Furthermore, the use of high-output immersion heaters (SA heaters) saves space by reducing the number of heaters compared to other companies’ equipment.
Reduced maintenance costs
The use of an immersion low-temperature melting system with a high-power immersion heater (SA heater) and refractory materials with highly insulated properties in regards to aluminum can suppress refractory damage and aluminum oxide formation, reducing costs for refractory replacement and aluminum oxide removal.
