Features
Energy-saving and space-saving
The structure of the melting chamber allows melting while burning off moistures and oils in the briquette and after-burning of the fumes created from the above burn off, eliminating the need for pre-treatment facilities that were previously required while achieving a 75% improvement in fuel consumption rate and a 60% space reduction compared to conventional recycling lines.
High Yield
The immersion melting (vortex melting) method achieves a high yield of 98% or more.
Environmental Measures
By briquetting chips, dust dispersal during transportation and conveyance can be reduced, improving the plant environment and safety during operation.

Extensive Achievements
In 1987, we developed the “Chip melter” (the predecessor of this system), which melts aluminum chips by immersion melting in a vortex chamber, making it possible for the first time in the world to process chips in-house. Since then, we have accumulated a wealth of experience and know-how in the chip recycling field over several decades.

Variations
Can be introduced into an existing tower melting furnaces
In addition to the introduction of a dedicated melting furnace, it is also possible to remodel the holding room of an existing tower-type melting and holding furnace (combination type). We will tailor our design to our customer’s needs.
