Energy saving
This is a molten aluminum holding furnace that reduces energy consumption by using an appropriate refractory composition and a furnace body structure, which prevents heat from escaping to the outside. It is also able to suppress the rise in surface temperature due to deterioration of refractory materials, and has a track record of maintaining a surface temperature of 56°C or lower for several years after delivery.

High Quality
In order to supply high quality molten metal to the pumping/ladling chamber, the furnace is designed so that molten metal does not flow directly into the pumping/ladling chamber. A degassing device is also installed at an appropriate location to reduce H2 gas in the molten metal.
H2 gas amount: 0.2cc/100g or less
K value: 0.4 or less (without filter)
Compatible with a wide range of heat sources
Can be used with a variety of heat sources, including energy-efficient self-heat-recovery gas burners (vertical immersion type) and immersion heaters (high-power immersion heaters (SA heaters) (for both vertical and horizontal types), horizontal immersion heaters, etc.).
