This equipment conveys and heat treats work pieces by rotating the furnace floor.
This type of continuous furnace has the fewest restrictions when it comes to shapes and sizes of the work pieces to be processed, and can be used for a wide range of work piece shapes, making it a highly versatile/flexible type of continuous furnace.
The material to be processed is placed directly on the furnace floor for stable transportation without any damage to the material.
The rotating furnace floor is sealed with a water seal or a labyrinth seal, which provides excellent insulation and protection from the intrusion of outside air, enabling heating of carbon steels and alloyed steels under low-oxygen conditions.

Product Overview
This is a continuous furnace in which processed materials are conveyed on driven rollers. The product is divided into zones of heating, equalizing, cooling, and slow cooling in the direction of product travel to achieve reproducible and high heat treatment quality through precise temperature control.
In addition, the furnace is designed to save energy through the use of waterless rollers, measures to reduce heat loss from the rollers, and the use of exhaust heat recovery burners.
