Rapid Heating Furnace for Rolls
This is a furnace for surface quenching of rolled rolls used in the hot rolling process of steel. The furnace can be remotely adjusted in accordance with changes in the diameter and length of the rolls. The furnace body is divided into two sections, and the radiant cup burners located on the furnace wall provide uniform and rapid heating of the roll surface.
Ladle preheating facility
This equipment is designed to save energy by directing exhaust gas from the gap between the ladle and lid, which causes heat loss, to the heat exchange unit on the side of the lid to improve the exhaust heat recovery rate, and by installing an automatic combustion volume control mechanism.
Coiler Furnace
This equipment coils high-temperature stainless steel sheets being rolled in a steckle mill at high speeds, heating and keeping temperature of the sheets during the rolling process. Equipped with a heat recovery system using a central recuperator and low NOx burners as a standard for the equipment, this facility not only saves energy but is also environmentally friendly.
