We not only supply galvanizing/plating furnaces, but also pickling and heat treatmenting equipment as well. In addition to plating lines, we also provide bright annealing furnaces and non-oxidation annealing furnaces.

We can handle the entire line

We can handle not only galvanizing/plating furnaces, but also entire production lines including pickling and heat treatment facilities (for both mild steel and hard steel wire) and pattening lines for hard steel wire.

Galvanizng/Plating Furnaces

Ceramic bath type zinc plating furnace (CERARO)

This is a ceramic bath type plating furnace in which a special castable for zinc resistance is installed in the equipment and the heat source (self-exhaust heat recovery type single-ended radiant burner + ceramic immersion tube) is directly immersed in the molten zinc. Since no iron pot is used, there is Zero risk of hot water leakage due to erosion, and the furnace can be used semi-permanently. In addition, it eliminates the need for production stoppages and production adjustments during kettle changeover periods, thereby improving productivity.

The heat source (heater, immersion tube burner) is directly immersed in the castable constructed tank and heated.

Wire Rod Heat Treatment Furnaces

We can also accommodate “non-oxidation annealing furnaces” that prevent the formation of oxide film on the wire surface and maintain luster by heat-treating with inert gases such as nitrogen and argon, and “bright annealing furnaces” that use reducing gases such as hydrogen to obtain further luster, among others.

Highly Efficient Pickling Tank

The unique counter-flow system (hydrochloric acid solution is jetted toward the wire to speed up the reaction), which improves pickling efficiency, makes the equipment size compact.

Furthermore, the use of a two-tank system makes the pickling process more efficient and saves hydrochloric acid.
