High-output immersion heater (SA heater)

High-output immersion heater (SA heater)

Product Overview

This original immersion heater surpasses other companies’ products in all aspects of high output, high efficiency, and compactness, and can be used not only in the S-MIC series but also in a wide range of other equipment such as additional heat sources for holding furnaces, molten metal holding in melting furnaces, and auxiliary heat sources for galvanizing furnaces.

It can be used as an auxiliary heat source for low-carbon and BCP measures, and can be switched from burner to heater only in emergency situations such as gas supply cutoff, or during non-operating hours at night or on weekends.

Main Applications

  • Heat source for S-MIC and hybrid melters
  • Heater for holding molten metal in ladles
  • Auxiliary power source for BCP applications
  • Immersion heaters for non-operating times

Degassing equipment (Albeauty)

Degassing equipment (Albeauty)
Uniform dispersion of microbubbles and high degassing performance

Product Overview

This molten metal treatment equipment removes hydrogen gas contained in molten aluminum with fine bubbles of inert gas. We use fine ceramics rotors, which provide excellent degassing performance and durability. Even if you are using a treatment device manufactured by another company, it is possible to replace only the rotor without changing the drive unit. Please contact us for details. Depending on the equipment used, it may be necessary to replace the drive unit as well.

The fine ceramic rotor eliminates oxidative depletion and wear, and is more durable than conventional products with carbon rotors. As shown in the photo, the impeller (vane part) hardly wears out and the degassing effect lasts for more than 3 years.

Main Applications

  • Batch-type molten aluminum processing equipment
  • In-line molten aluminum processing equipment

Pump-type molten metal dispensing system (Kamogawa 2.0)

アルミ溶湯出湯装置「かもがわ」を開発
Pump-type molten metal dispensing system (Kamogawa 2.0)

Product Overview

This equipment safely discharges molten metal from aluminum melting furnaces, etc. using an impeller. The maximum lifting distance is 500 mm.

The operator can safely perform the pouring operation by operating a button, without using a tap device.

Also, compared to general tapped hot metal devices, the cost of a tap cone is not required. In addition, compared to other hot metal dispensing devices such as electromagnetic pumps and vacuum suction devices, there are fewer consumable parts and installation costs for replacement, greatly reducing running costs.

Main Applications

  • Hot metal delivery equipment for centralized aluminum melting furnaces
  • Hot-metal transfer system from melting furnace to holding furaces furnace

Bogie-type molten metal distribution system

Bogie-type molten metal distribution system

Product Overview

This hot water distribution system uses an automatically operated cart to transport molten aluminum vacuumed from an aluminum melting furnace, etc., for pressurized distribution to a holding furnace such as a casting machine sides.

Molten metal from the melting furnace is vacuumed into a pot inside the system and pressurized for delivery to the holding furnaces, eliminating the need for tap delivery and forklift truck delivery operations and greatly improving the safety of the delivery and distribution of metal operations.

In addition, automatic hot water distribution is possible based on demand signals from the holding furnaces, contributing to labor savings.

Main applications

  • Labor saving and automation of aluminum casting lines

Continuous launder-type molten metal distribution system (Almap)

Continuous launder-type molten metal distribution system (Almap)
アルミ溶湯出湯装置「かもがわ」を開発
Pump-type molten metal dispensing system (Kamogawa 2.0)

Product Overview

This is a system that automates a series of operations from the discharge of molten metal from melting furnaces to distribution of molten metal to casting machines by combining our original pump-type molten metal discharge device “Kamogawa 2.0″and Continuous launder-type molten metal distribution system “Almap”.

The entire process from pouring to distribution of the hot metal can be automated. This not only reduces the workload of the operators, but also enables continuous operation by eliminating the time required for waiting for hot-metal delivery. In addition, the molten metal level in the holding furnace remains constant, allowing casting under the same conditions at all times.

Main applications

  • Labor saving and automation of aluminum casting lines

Vibration type metal recovery system (dross back)

Vibration type metal recovery system (dross back)
Furnace Location

Product Overview

This equipment easily separates and collects metal contained in dross by applying vibration to the dross received in a bucket. By applying vibration to the dross received in the bucket, 30% to 40% of the metal in the dross can be separated and recovered.

The system can be introduced simply by installing a dross back bucket instead of a dross receiving bucket, and there is no major change in the work process.

Main Applications

  • Bucket for dross attached to central  aluminum melting furnaces

Automatic Dross Scraper (Dross Buster)

Automatic Dross Scraper (Dross Buster)

Product Overview

Automated dross scraping device from aluminum melting furnaces, which greatly reduces the amount of labor for workers.

In aluminum melting furnaces, this system automates the removal (dross scraping) of oxides floating on the surface of molten metal after deoxidizing and degassing, oxides adhering to the side walls, and oxides remaining on the furnace floor after removing the remaining hot metal during the weekend, thereby greatly reducing the amount of labor of the operators. After the introduction of the machine, the only work to be done by operators is scraping out the oxides remaining in the front part of the furnace and closing the door after the machine’s operation has been completed, thus reducing labor work time by half (from about 20 minutes per furnace to about 10 minutes per furnace).

Main applications

  • Flux for large aluminum melting furnaces and furnace cleaning
