2023 年 7 月 10 日、三建産業株式会社(本社：広島県広島市、以下弊社) はAFC-Holcroft L.L.C.(本社：アメリカ合衆国ミシガン州、以下AFC-HOLCROFT 社) と米国およびカナダ市場におけるロータリー式アルミ熱処理炉に関する技術供与契約を締結しました。
AFC-HOLCROFT 社は1916年から米ミシガン州で熱処理炉のエンジニアリング事業を行い、熱処理業界において高いノウハウを持つ工業炉メーカです。
弊社とは1980年代からお取り引きがありますが、この度の契約でパートナーシップを強化し、北米地域下のロータリー式アルミ熱処理炉拡販に努めてまいります。
We are pleased to announce an exciting new chapter in Sanken Sangyo’s history.
On July the 10th of 2023 in Hiroshima, Japan, Sanken Sangyo., LTD. and AFC-Holcroft L.L.C. an Industrial Heat Treating Furnace Engineering and Manufacturing Company located in Wixom, Michigan have completed an official Technical License Agreement authorizing AFC-Holcroft the right to provide Sanken Sangyo’s Rotary Heat Treatment Furnace Technology for aluminum parts in The United States of America and Canadian markets.
AFC-Holcroft and Sanken Sangyo have had a business relationship since the late 80’s and we proud to have AFC-Holcroft finally become a part of the Sanken Sangyo Group.
With AFC-Holcroft’s history of over 100 years in the heat treating industry and Sanken Sangyo’s Rotary Heat Treatment Furnace Technology, we are very excited and looking forward to making an enormous impact in the Aluminum Heat Treating market as a combined force.
